Designation – Assistant Sales Manager- Molecular Diagostics Location: Bengaluru, India Department: Molecular Diagnostics About the Company: NeoDx Biotech Labs Pvt. Ltd., part of the DSS Group, focuses on innovation and precision in molecular diagnostics, offering advanced diagnostic kits and solutions for accurate disease detection and management. Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to drive business growth, promote molecular diagnostic products, and provide technical and commercial support to customers. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and onboard key accounts for RT-PCR diagnostic kits. ● Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth, account creation by product management and technical support. ● Work closely with hospitals, diagnostic labs, oncologists, microbiologists, and research institutions to drive product adoption. ● Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to position NeoDx products effectively. ● Build and nurture relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to enhance brand credibility and market influence. ● Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of Real-Time PCR technology, including assay principles, troubleshooting, and workflow optimisation. ● Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners. ● Support customers with troubleshooting, workflow optimisation, and assay validation in clinical and research settings. ● Collaborate with R&D, Quality, & Regulatory teams to provide field insights for product improvements. Job Specification: ● Strong understanding of RT-PCR principles, applications, troubleshooting, and assay optimization. ● Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. ● Frequent travel to engage with customers and partners. Qualification: Master’s Degree / Engineering / Ph.D. in Biotechnology, Molecular Biology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Experience: 7-10 years in Molecular Diagnostics Application specialist & Business Development, preferably in RT-PCR technologies. Job Description

Designation – Project Scientist–III (Non-Medical) Location: Bengaluru, India Type: Temporary & Project-based (Initially for 1 year, extendable up to 2 years or until completion of the project, whichever is earlier) Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage research activities in infectious diseases, particularly Tuberculosis. 2. Design and execute independent research studies. 3. Supervise technical staff and coordinate with other project members. 4. Prepare research reports, publications, and presentations. Experience: 1. Minimum 10 years’ experience in infectious diseases research, preferably in Tuberculosis. 2. Proven record of independent research and publications in peer-reviewed journals. Experience: Experience with clinical sample handling and diagnostic techniques. Skilled in microbiology and molecular biology methods. Consolidated Salary: ₹36,400/- per month Upper Age Limit: 35 years
