FluSureDx Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is a multiplex, TaqMan probe-based qualitative assay for the detection of RSV A/B and differentiation of COVID-19, Influenza A, Influenza B, H1N1 and H3N2 in human respiratory specimens.
The kit reagents detect Respiratory Syncytial Virus A & B, Nucleoprotein (N), RNA-dependent RNA polymerase (RdRP) gene in SARS-CoV-2, Matrix Protein (M) in Influenza A, Nucleoprotein (N) in Influenza B, Hemagglutinin (HA) gene in H1N1 and H3N2 along with Human internal control in 2 tubes with RNA as template.
