This clinical evaluation, conducted at the National Institute of Mental Health and Neurosciences (NIMHANS) in Bengaluru, India, assessed the performance of the NeoDx Dengue Virus Screening Real-Time PCR Kit. The study compared this pan-DENV assay against the CDC DENV 1-4 RT-PCR gold standard using 51 patient serum samples.
