We are seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to drive business growth, promote molecular diagnostic products, and provide technical and commercial support to customers. Key Responsibilities: ● Identify and onboard key accounts for RT-PCR diagnostic kits. ● Develop and execute strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth, account creation by product management and technical support. ● Work closely with hospitals, diagnostic labs, oncologists, microbiologists, and research institutions to drive product adoption. ● Conduct competitor analysis and market intelligence to position NeoDx products effectively. ● Build and nurture relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) to enhance brand credibility and market influence. ● Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of Real-Time PCR technology, including assay principles, troubleshooting, and workflow optimisation. ● Conduct product demonstrations, technical presentations, and training sessions for customers and channel partners. ● Support customers with troubleshooting, workflow optimisation, and assay validation in clinical and research settings. ● Collaborate with R&D, Quality, & Regulatory teams to provide field insights for product improvements. Job Description
We are looking for a Technical Product Specialist to bridge the gap between our cutting-edge R&D and the market. This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a scientist—someone who speaks the language of Molecular Biology, understands the nuances of RT-PCR, and can act as a technical partner to our customers. Roles & Responsibility : 1. Field Engagement & Distributor Enablement (50%) - Act as the technical expert during field visits to research institutes, hospitals, and diagnostic labs in Karnataka. - Accompany our local distributor partners on visits, helping them explain the scientific advantages of NeoDx solutions to Lab Directors and Principal Investigators. - Move the conversation from "price" to "performance" by articulating technical specifications. 2. Product Demonstrations & Application Support (30%) - Conduct hands-on wet-lab demonstrations of NeoDx kits at customer sites. - Troubleshoot technical issues on the ground. For a technical issue, you don't just log a ticket you investigate the variables (machine settings, extraction methods) and solve it. - Train customer staff on the correct usage of our molecular diagnostic products. 3. Scientific Marketing & Feedback Loop (20%) - Translate complex R&D data into clear, compelling sales tools (case studies, comparison charts, and technical decks) for our distributors. - Serve as the "eyes and ears" of the R&D team in the market. Gather intelligence on competitor products and customer pain points to influence future product development. Must-Haves: Education: MSc or M.Tech in Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or Genetics. Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with Real-Time PCR (qPCR) and RNA/DNA extraction is non-negotiable. You must be comfortable working in a wet lab. Mindset: You love science, but you don't want to be stuck at a bench all day. You enjoy talking to people, solving problems, and being on the move. IVD Product Development (Molecular Diagnostics)

Job Description
The Research Associate will be responsible for supporting the development, validation, and documentation of In Vitro Diagnostic (IVD) real-time PCR products. The role involves hands-on laboratory work, preparation of regulatory and technical documentation, validation reporting, and inventory management using SAP. The position reports directly to the R&D department and plays a key role in product development and commercialization. 1. Assay Development & Optimization: Support design, development, and optimization of real-time PCR–based IVD assays, including primer/probe evaluation and performance testing. 2. Validation & Performance Studies: Conduct analytical and clinical validation studies (sensitivity, specificity, precision, reproducibility) and maintain accurate experimental records. 3. Documentation & Regulatory Compliance: Prepare and maintain D&D documents, SOPs, validation reports, and technical files in line with ISO 13485 and regulatory requirements. 4. Inventory & Laboratory Management: Manage R&D inventory using SAP, maintain equipment and calibration records, and ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and biosafety standards. 5. Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with QA, Production, Regulatory, and Sales teams, support audits, and provide technical troubleshooting when required.
