Zika Virus Screening Real-Time PCR Kit is a multiplex, TaqMan Probe based Real Time PCR assay which detects and screens Zika Virus. The primers and probe are designed for the POLY region of the viral genome along with an internal control. RNA extracted from human clinical samples which includes Human Whole Blood, Plasma, Serum and CSF is employed as a template for detection. The kit is compatible with Real Time PCR instruments which supports FAM and Texas Red channels.
