Rickettsia Real-Time PCR Detection Kit

Rickettsia Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is a multiplex, TaqMan probe based qualitative assay for qualitative detection of Rickettsia Spp in human clinical samples. The primers and probe are designed to detect DNA expressed by 16s rRNA region and an internal control. Bacterial DNA extracted from Human Whole Blood, Plasma, Serum, CSF, Skin Biopsy and Tissue Samples can be used as template for testing.
