MTB/NTM Qualitative Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is a multiplex, TaqMan probe-based Real-Time PCR assay for the specific detection of Mycobacterium Tuberculosis complex (MTBC) in DNA extracted from human sputum for initial diagnosis of tuberculosis along with detection of Pan mycobacterium target gene for screening the presence of non-tuberculosis mycobacteria (NTM) species. Internal Control is also detected along with target genes for assessing the validity of the run.
