Malaria Real-Time PCR Detection Kit

Malaria Real-Time PCR detection kit is a multiplex, TaqMan probe based qualitative assay which detects and screens Plasmodium species present in the clinical samples by Real-Time PCR. The primers and probe are designed specifically to detect small subunit rRNA region of the target DNA and an internal control. The kit is compatible with Real Time PCR instruments which supports Cy5 and Texas Red channels.
