Scientific work is clearly communicated internally and externally R&D projects are well-coordinated, tracked, and delivered on time NeoDx’s brand reflects its scientific rigor and clinical seriousness.
The role is designed for a scientifically trained professional who can translate complex R&D into structured execution and credible communication.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities:
Own Scientific Communication: Lead all external scientific content including website material, application notes, validation summaries, white papers, and conference materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
Translate R&D into Clear Narratives: Convert complex R&D outputs into credible, clinician- and partner-friendly scientific communication without oversimplifying.
Lead Scientific Brand Positioning: Drive the scientific angle of NeoDx’s brand presence across LinkedIn and website, ensuring integrity, clinical relevance, and regulatory seriousness.
Manage R&D Projects: Oversee key initiatives (assay development, optimization, validation), define milestones, track progress, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure proper documentation.
Support Leadership & Strategy Execution: Prepare concise scientific updates, convert decisions into actionable plans, and proactively identify gaps in communication or execution.
