West Nile Virus Real-Time PCR Detection Kit is a multiplex, TaqMan Probe based Real Time PCR assay which detects and screens Zika Virus. The primers and probe are designed for the 3’ non-coding region of the viral genome along with an internal control. RNA extracted from human clinical samples which includes Human Whole Blood, Plasma, Serum,  and CSF is employed as a template for detection. The kit is compatible with Real Time PCR instruments which supports Hex and Texas Red channels.
