Requirements:
Responsibilities and Duties:
Production Operations, including equipment handling & maintenance, monitoring process, and scheduling.
Quality Control activities to ensure products meet quality standards.
Preparing Documentation and reports related to production activities, inventory management
Production Operations:
Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
Follow production schedules and meet daily production targets.
Monitor the production process and make adjustments as necessary to ensure product quality.
Quality Control:
Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Identify and report any defects or inconsistencies in products.
Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
Documentation and Reporting:
Accurately complete production reports and documentation.
Record production data and track inventory levels.
Communicate any issues or concerns with the Production Manager promptly.
Maintenance and Safety:
Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of equipment.
Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
Participate in safety training sessions and contribute to a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work effectively as part of a team to achieve production goals.
Assist in training new employees as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow.

Qualifications:
Education:
Any Degree in Biotechnology/Life Science.
Technical training or certification in a related field (preferred).
Work Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred).
Familiarity with production equipment and machinery.
